5.1 mofun88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and Public Bank Online. Supported methods may change from time to time and are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
5.2 All account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mofun88 does not apply currency conversion charges on MYR deposits. Members are responsible for any fees levied by their own payment service providers.
5.3 Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the depositing Member's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and potentially the account being suspended.

7.5 Only one bonus may be active per Member at any given time, unless the specific Promotion terms state otherwise.
8.1 All bets and gaming activity on the mofun88 Platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to each product. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market.
8.2 mofun88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error — including bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, bets placed after the conclusion of the relevant event, or bets affected by a technical malfunction — and to refund the original stake to the Member's account.

8.4 mofun88 does not accept bets from Members acting in syndication or in any coordinated manner designed to exploit the Platform. Evidence of such conduct may result in bet voidance and account termination.

11.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, mofun88 may withhold or forfeit any balance held in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law and to the extent necessary to remedy the breach.
11.3 A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their mofun88 account should contact [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method after KYC confirmation.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mofun88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and mofun88, the Member should first contact mofun88 support at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. mofun88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable gaming licence framework. mofun88 will provide details of the applicable escalation process upon request.
15.1 mofun88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, mofun88 will provide notice to Members via email to the registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
15.2 Your continued use of the mofun88 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in clause 11.3.
